Tailored Care Plan
We don’t offer the same plan to all service users who come to KASE Care as we recognise that no two people and their requirements are the same. What sets our home care services apart is the fact that we will sit down with the service user and their close circle to discuss exactly what care at home they are looking for.
Our goal is to ensure the service user maintains as much of their independence as possible, so we will not overdeliver for the sake of doing so. Much of the care plan will be led by the service user and their family, who will advise on exactly where assistance is needed and where the service user wants to, and is able to, retain independence. Many service users in the care of our home care agency prefer to handle day to day tasks and activities if their condition allows for it.
No part of the agreed care plan will be changed without prior consultation. Our team will speak to the service user and their close circle should a change to the plan be recommended, but unless this is agreed by all parties, no changes will be implemented. We firmly believe it to be important that the service user remains in control of their care at all times, respecting the fact that it is their home.
