With extensive experience across residential homes, supported living services, elderly care, and rehabilitation settings, Donna has developed a broad understanding of person-centred care and service delivery. Iqbal Singh joined KASE Care in September 2025 as Compliance and Safeguarding Lead. He brings extensive experience in safeguarding, leadership, and operational oversight, having previously served as an Interim Managing Director for a semi-independent living accommodation service and as a senior police officer. Iqbal is also an independent safeguarding board member for a private social care organisation supporting vulnerable children and adults. His expertise in risk assessment, multi-agency working, and safeguarding practice supports KASE Care’s commitment to maintaining safe, effective, and high-quality services.

Danielle Walker is KASE Care’s Clinical Lead and Head of Training, bringing over 18 years of nursing and leadership experience across critical care, complex community care, and clinical governance. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with highly complex needs, led clinical teams, developed training programmes, and promoted safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery. Passionate about quality, learning, and continuous improvement, Danielle is dedicated to empowering care teams to deliver exceptional standards of care while ensuring each individual receives support tailored to their needs, goals, and independence. Brigitta is a Registered General Nurse with over 14 years of experience across acute hospitals, intensive care, emergency care, fertility services, nursing homes, and community healthcare. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with a wide range of complex health needs, developing extensive clinical expertise while maintaining a compassionate and person-centred approach to care.

As a Field Care Nurse at KASE Care, Brigitta specialises in complex community care, supporting both children and adults with needs including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, respiratory support, seizure management, diabetes care, and spinal injuries. She is responsible for developing care plans and risk assessments, completing clinical competency assessments, and supporting quality assurance across services. Brigitta is passionate about helping people achieve the highest possible quality of life while supporting care teams to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Alison joined KASE Care following a diverse career spanning health and social care settings. She began working in a nursing home while completing her undergraduate degree in Politics and later achieved a Master’s degree in Public Health while working in oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital. Alison has also held roles within primary care, including running a Healthcare Assistant clinic and providing senior administrative support in a GP surgery. Her broad experience and passion for supporting others led her to join KASE Care, where she continues to develop her interest in delivering high-quality social care services.

Melisa is the Field Care Supervisor at KASE Care. She began her care career supporting victims of Modern Day Slavery and Human Trafficking, where she worked closely with individuals to promote independence, build positive relationships, support personal development, and liaise with external professionals. In the summer of 2025, Melisa joined KASE Care as a Support Worker, providing support to children and young people in their daily lives while encouraging independence, promoting wellbeing, and developing social, emotional, and practical life skills. Her hands-on experience, compassionate approach, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes have supported her progression into her current supervisory role.

Emma has a diverse professional background that includes experience in both finance and social care. In her earlier career, she worked for the Commission for Social Care Inspection, which is now known as the CQC (Care Quality Commission), where she was involved in ensuring the quality and standards of social care services. Building on her passion for finance, Emma then transitioned to a role in the finance department of a prominent construction company. Throughout her journey, Emma has honed her financial acumen and industry-specific knowledge, making her a valuable asset with a unique blend of skills and expertise from the realms of finance and social care inspection.

Sophie joined KASE Care directly from school as an HR Apprentice, with a passion for developing a career in Human Resources. Since joining the organisation, she has grown significantly both personally and professionally, demonstrating enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong willingness to learn. Sophie’s skills and knowledge in recruitment and HR have expanded considerably, and she plays an important role in supporting the organisation’s people processes and workforce development.

Lisa is the Business Administrator at KASE Care and brings a strong background in customer service. She is passionate about supporting people and helping to resolve problems, ensuring that clients, families, and colleagues receive a positive and professional experience. Lisa enjoys being part of the KASE Care team and finds her role both rewarding and fulfilling, particularly when building relationships with clients and their families.
