As company director, Sandeep is committed to ensuring the delivery of an outstanding service. He has previously worked on helping vulnerable victims of domestic abuse. Sandeep led a team that developed a bespoke initiative that ensured better oversight and protection for domestic abuse victims and their children.

This work inspired him to enter the Social Care sector – as he wanted to use this knowledge and experience to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Sandeep is dedicated to improving the quality of life of everyone that works with KASE Care. With a focus on transparency, innovation and integrity – he and the team strive every day to provide the highest level of care.

Kimberley Gakhal

Managing Director

Kimberley’s journey with KASE Care is deeply rooted in a heartfelt mission to revolutionise the perception of the care industry. With a firm belief that care should not solely be driven by profit, she founded KASE Care to showcase a different approach—one that prioritises compassion and comprehensive support for those in need. Kimberley’s unwavering dedication ensures that individuals requiring care receive personalised attention and assistance beyond just the basics. Her innovative invention of dom care+ has been instrumental in empowering the recipients of KASE Care’s services to lead fulfilling lives. What sets Kimberley apart is her personal experience as a caregiver to her grandfather, father, and young son, who faces a lifelong medical condition. This intimate understanding has forged a profound empathy within her, knowing firsthand the challenges of entrusting a stranger with the care of a loved one. This empathy fuels her commitment to building a care organisation that not only provides excellent service but also fosters trust and genuine care for each individual in need.

Anna Campbell

Head Of Recruitment & Business Development Manager and Clinical Lead

Anna is an experienced registered Adult Nurse and registered Nurse Teacher with 12 years post-registration experience. She has five years ward based experience within both medical and surgical acute settings working within trauma orthopaedics, cardiology and accident and emergency. Anna is also highly experienced within Health and Social Care and has worked as a Clinical Manager in a 120 bedded nursing and dementia care home. Anna has a passion for ensuring those that have dementia live well and fulfilling lives, and that their care is co-produced. Anna is an ambassador for person-centred care and is currently working on projects to look at how KASE Care can embed assistive technologies such as acoustic monitoring and vital signs monitoring via a watch within complex domiciliary care.

Anna has a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education as well as Senior Fellowships Status with Advanced Higher Education and has worked as a Senior Lecturer. With her seven years’ experience working as a clinical nurse academic dedicated to teaching and training, Anna is an asset to KASE Care in ensuring evidence-based practice is followed and care and nursing staff are properly trained and supported. Anna is a true team player, with a clinical drive to ensure excellent care in always delivered. Anna leads recruitment and selection for KASE Care and ensures that the care staff are meticulously matched with our clients in terms of skills set and personality. Anna has over 20 years recruitment experience within leading recruitment consultancy firms, and as Lead Admissions Tutor for Adult Nursing for the University of Suffolk and University of Winchester.

Kim Keable

Registered Manager, incl. (Head of Training and Development and Clinical Lead)

Kim is an experienced Adult Nurse and Lecturer, with over 29 years working within the Health and Social care industry. 20 of those years were as a nurse within an orthopaedic ward and within a District Nursing team. Along with being a registered manager and running her own care company, Kim has an extensive knowledge and experience within governance processes and brings a passion for training.

Kim’s dedication to detail and up to date information saw her thrive within the university setting and liaising with outside stakeholders.  As a Registered Manager for KASE Care, Kim’s values align with the company and she looks forward to taking Kase Care to the next level, whilst excelling at the fundamentals.

However, her passion for optimising patient experiences led her to join KASE Care as the Clinical Administrator. In this role, she effectively streamlined administrative processes and facilitated seamless operations within the organisation. Recognising her exceptional skills and dedication, Emily was subsequently promoted to the position of Care Coordinator at KASE Care. Here, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to coordinate and manage patient care, ensuring that each individual received personalised attention and support. In her earlier career, she worked for the Commission for Social Care Inspection, which is now known as the CQC (Care Quality Commission), where she was involved in ensuring the quality and standards of social care services. Building on her passion for finance, Emma then transitioned to a role in the finance department of a prominent construction company. Throughout her journey, Emma has honed her financial acumen and industry-specific knowledge, making her a valuable asset with a unique blend of skills and expertise from the realms of finance and social care inspection.
