Tailored Care Plan
Before any part of the service is started, our team will sit down with the service user and their close circle to discuss a tailored care plan specific to their needs. There is no one-size-fits-all plan offered by KASE Care because we recognise that each service user comes with their own individual needs and circumstances. All parties will agree on the best course of action and ensure that the service user is as comfortable as possible with the plan.
