KASE Care offers specialist services and care for both children and adults with mental health conditions such as, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and symptoms associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The KASE Care team are hugely experienced in offering the care and support that individuals suffering from mental health conditions, and their families require to allow them to live as independent a life as possible. No two situations are the same, which is why we will work with you and your care team to create an individually-tailored care plan that all parties are happy with.

Our care plan may consist of both visiting and live-in support for individuals, as well as assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping.

Our care provision adopts a reflective model on practice development when delivering care and support. This is supported by our highly experienced and professional practitioners, which include, but are no limited to, positive behavioural support practitioners, occupational therapist and speech and language therapist.

At KASE Care, we focus on prioritising quality and that begins with ensuring that our staff are highly trained in providing effective and safe mental health support and care. For example, some of the training our staff undergo include mental health specific training, positive behaviour support training and ASD training, as well as other relevant training and practice leadership.

How KASE Care Helps Both the Service User and Family

We understand that caring for someone suffering from mental health conditions can be tough and challenging, often involving friends and family members to take it in turns to provide support as a carer.

The KASE Care team helps both the individual and their family by offering the assistance of an experienced carer or team of carers. As our team are caring for the individual, this takes away much of the pressure on friends and family who, up until now, has been solely or partially responsible for meeting the needs of that person.

As part of our services, KASE Care will also collaborate with therapists, social workers and other members of the individuals care team, where necessary, to help increase the individual’s independence. This is to help the individual live an independent and fulfilling life as possible. For those suffering from mental health conditions, such as depression, offering the opportunity to speak to therapists and other healthcare professionals can be a great benefit regarding the needs of the individual and managing their condition.

We take a person-centred approach when creating the individual’s care plan, as well as any future changes to it, communicating with the individual, their family and care team at all times to make sure it is reflective of changing needs and is progressive and outcome focussed.

Our mental health support plan includes:

  • Support with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping
  • Provide access to therapists and rehabilitation clinics where necessary
  • Additional support to families
  • Live-in and/or visiting care
