KASE Care is a specialist domiciliary care provider that provides personal and complex care to children and adults. We are also a temporary employment agency, which supplies care homes, hospitals and other healthcare clients in London and Essex and surrounding areas with highly trained nurses, healthcare assistant, support workers and more.
As a Nurse at KASE care, you’ll look after the physical, psychological, social and cultural needs of the people we support to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. We’ll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for the people we support with a range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.
We are currently looking for RGN Nurses within the Staffing Agency Department to join our new fast-growing team of professionals across London and Epping Forest district (Essex). There are also continued opportunities to secure more contracts within our growing Domiciliary care department.

The successful applicants will be/have:
- RGN or RMN and registered with the NMC.
- Previous experience of working within a nursing home or working with the elderly
- A commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion, empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

Main responsibilities:
- To work independently, liaising with other members of the clinical team to support clients.
- Assessing new referrals, supporting the operational team to implement new care packages, writing person-centred care plans & risk assessments.
- On-going assessment of existing people we are supporting, ensuring highest levels of care are delivered.
- Regular communication with the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team, acting as the person’s advocate
- Review, auditing and maintenance of clinical documentation
- Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of care is clinically suitable & evidence-based
- Work with the people supported who have a range of clinical & complex needs
- A drive to meet shift requirements and reliability
