This will take into consideration the medical needs of the individual, personal preferences of the service user and their family, as well as anything else that is highlighted.
Our team will offer support for clinical needs such as autonomic dysreflexia, postural hypertension, bowel care and Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) as part of our home care services. We can also give access to healthcare professionals where needed for treatment where necessary.
